One of my favorite photography jobs each year is covering the annual Key West Songwriters Festival for Broadcast Music, Inc.. For five days and nights, Key West becomes a hive of transcendent musical creativity, attracting some of the friendliest crowds anywhere. Music permeates the island, from beachside stages and intimate theaters to legendary bars, the island's amphitheater, the blockbuster downtown street concert, and the magical Sunday morning “music in the round” at Williams Hall.
